About
Born in 1978 in Lyon, Romain Quattrina holds a PhD in History of Art from Université Lumière Lyon 2, while he was working in a glazing-mirror company. He later got a scholarship at the Cini Foundation in Venice, where he improved his knowledge about ornaments. Although he used to work primarly with glass, he also use other materials ever since (ceramic, plexiglass, bronze, oil, water, etc.). From a work « made in the workshop”, he recently made site-specific installations.
